Grange, Pool, Garden

The old barn has been converted and is very much at the heart of Velo Vercors where guests like to socialise and relax. There are large, comfortable sofas inviting guests to chill out after a day on the bike. Wi Fi TV , music system and basic kitchen.

Our house is a 18th Century former wood mill with water from the Alps running along, beneath and below so you are never far away from the sound of running water. Running along side the gites is a canal feeding water to the organic Trout farm downstream.

The garden is large and secluded with areas of shade and sun so its not difficult to find the perfect place to relax. We have an organic vegetable plot, deciduous and evergreen trees, well cared for flower beds and our beloved Organic Walnut Tree which produces around 50 kilos of nuts each year. We use the nuts in our home made muesli!

There is a very large plunge pool to cool off and relax in after a day on the bike.
